PRAY
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)
The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. James 5:16
- That Christ will be my focus and hope daily. Living everyday in pain, fatigued, and not doing the things I want to do can lead to emotional and mental distress. Pray that I will find my joy, purpose, and identity in Him alone.
- Financial provisions. I can no longer work full time because of my health. And, as of January 2019, have lost my health insurance due to lack of income. Pray that God will grow my endeavors with my travel/lifestyle idea and my home and pet care business. Also, that He will direct those he has chosen to support me financially by donating or gifting specific needs.
- Physical Healing according to His will. I know He can heal me, but I also know that he may choose not to heal me when and how I would choose. Pray though that He would provide that healing, physical relief from symptoms, or the perfect treatment plan.
- Finding the proper diagnoses and the medical professionals to treat them. We are still waiting to do more tests. They will be out-of-pocket and so we need to raise some funds first. Also, most medical professionals that treat my issues are located on the coasts. Finding a good, literate doctor in the Midwest is very difficult. Pray that God will move mountains to place me in the care of just the right doctor.

GIFT
Some people who want to help financially do not feel comfortable donating cash because they are not 100% sure where the money is going. To that end, some others in my situation have created “wish lists” via Amazon so that supporters can directly purchase and send wanted/needed items. So, I have followed their lead and created my own list.
