Hello! If you don’t know me already, my name is Debbi. I am a 30-something trying to find my way through this world with a chronic, invisible illness. My journey with chronic pain and fatigue includes Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), Sleep Apnea, Hypermobility, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts, Uterine Fibroids and possibly more. (We are still trying to find all that is going on.) It is a long and difficult journey, but am thankful to have the support I do.
I created this web page to share my thoughts and document my journey in blog form (as I get too long-winded on my Instagram sometimes). Also to help friends, family, and strangers learn more about chronic illness. My hope is that I can encourage or inspire others in some little way along the way.
